His task to compile information, discographies, photographs, everything, contribute to generate a text of a pleasant read that will take us into the musical and personal particularities of this brilliant musician. The current version of Vangelis, The Unknown Man is in actual fact the second edition of this research work. In the time elapsed from one to the other, Griffin has practically doubled its length, completed many dark spots, corrected errors and updated the biography up to the late 1996. This is, of course, a free biography, unauthorized by Vangelis or his Management, and here surely is its main worth. In any case, Griffin has carried out the current edition for charity purposes.
