Volapuk, who awoke the admiration of the specialized press soon after their formation in 1993, includes artists with a long and very different trajectory in their careers. For instance, Guigou Chenevier, the percussionist, was one of the founding members of the legendary French underground band Etron Fou Leloublan. In this new album, Volapuk develops their style with an absolute confidence, without hesitations nor concessions, exploring marginal and dark areas sited somewhere between Psychedelic Rock, the most radical expression of Jazz, and experimental Chamber Music.
