The music that Joseph Akins has composed and performed in this album is of a melodic romantic style. The themes are lively, bright. Although there are some melancholy parts, the general structure of the album displays an energy that, not quite becoming euphoria, makes the music very dynamic. Some compositions are slow, but others turn out to have a quite energetic rhythm. The piano is the soloist instrument in the ten themes this work consists of. In some parts there are piano solos, whereas in others the piano is accompanied by several other instruments. Touches of Jazz are also present, and even come to have a leading role in different parts of the release. The following musicians have participated in this work: Joseph Akins (piano, keyboards, synthesizers and soprano saxophone), Unita (lyrics, vocals), Wiz (flutes), Bob Stagner (Percussion), Ken Cardillo (classical guitar).
