Robert Fenner's music in this album combines classical and Pop elements, in a style typical of the New Instrumental Music. The six themes are slow, though not static, with percussive rhythms typical of Pop and Jazz, and romantic, sensual melodies. Some passages have certain mystery traits. In others, ethereal orchestrations can be appreciated, accompanying the soloist instruments.
