This release by Lee y Doyle is based on an unusual fusion between two instruments from very different and geographically distant cultures. Lee plays the traditional Sino-Japanese flute Shakuhachi, whereas Doyle utilizes the Didgeridoo of the Australian aborigines. Furthermore, a third musician, Michael Atherton, participates at the synthesizers. The result is a collection of 9 pieces whose style fluctuates between tribal mysticism and meditative music, with a certain cosmic touch.
