This CD includes electronic compositions performed by Orfeón Gagarin between 1990 and 1994. The music in this album has two main characteristics. On the one hand, it is a surprising electronic travel into the past, which studies in depth the environments and textures typical of the first times of electronic music, such as for instance those in the 1940s and the 1950s. On the other hand, it has some aspects approaching Techno. The end result of these two contrasting features is a work which happens to be hard to classify, which also explores some areas within the realm of Cosmic Music, World Music, Avant-garde, and many others. The work consists in 26 pieces, whose total time amounts to 71 minutes, each of them being rather different from one another.
