MICHEL HUYGEN: "IRAWADI" Neuronium Records 2007 In a personal style that enters both Contemporary Instrumental Music and Space Ambient, the artist provides us with a marvellous collection of themes. Using the synthesizers in an unusually warm way, Michel Huygen creates romantic melodies with relaxing touches and soft textures, bringing inner peace and enhancing the imagination of the listener. The contact with the culture, the peoples, the landscapes, around the river Irawadi, in Myanmar (Burma) deeply impressed the musician, providing him with strong doses of inspiration.
